Key Roles and Responsibilities of Specialized Nurses:

• Using the Nursing Process organize,participate and cordinate nursing care by prioritizing care using a care plan for patients in the specially areas based on his/her assessment data
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to provide the neccessary care to the patients
• Set and provide treatment to the patients in the respective specialty unit as per the set standard guidlines
• Abide by the Tenwek Hospital moral codeand Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) regulations

Qualification, Knowledge and skills

• Committed Christian 
• KRN, KRM, KRCHN, BSC Nursing
• Must have specialized qualications in the advertised positions and be a kenya registered nurse with a valid practise license
