    Sales Executive

    Job Description: As a Sales Executive at Havana, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for the following:

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Present our range of uniform products to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales deals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

    Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the uniforms or apparel industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of the Kenyan uniforms market and industry trends is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
