    Sales Team Lead (Import Duty Finance Product)

    Role Summary:

    This is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with Kenya’s leading non-bank lender. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through the sale of the Import Duty Financing Product.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and monitor implementation of marketing strategies for the product and drive team sales targets.
    • Identify training needs for the team through gap analysis.
    • Create buy-in from the sales force throughout the country to support sales growth.
    • Develop and maintains strategic B2B partnerships to support Business Development activities and growth.
    • Design and implement a system to automate the importers' onboarding system and Maintain an up-to-date competitive analysis of the IDF providers.
    • Develop and implement a quarterly expansion strategy.
