Security Compliance Clerk at Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Collect information within the warehouses on theft/attempted theft of products
• Interact with truck drivers and warehouse team to collect information on cartels network.
• Inspect trucks before loading and offloading to establish compliance.
• Carryout RCA on random checks and report to the Security Officer with mitigation measures.
• Interact with all warehouse documents including security books to authenticate procedures and ensure compliance.
• Ensure products staging and proper bay-checking prior to loading.
• Verify stock loading instruction (Picklist/Dispatch document) versus physical stock prior to loading.
• Check for product underload & or overload and mix-up and make a report on the same for security action.
• Counter check physical stocks against delivery documents prior to acknowledging receipt and storage.
• Ensure surveillance around line receiving to confirm receiving process is as per AGL SOP.
• Ensure adherence with security and safety protocols within the warehouse.
• Shall be present at all times during the opening and closing of the warehouse together with contracted security service provider.
• Shall keep and maintain weekly and monthly incident tracker and reporting to AGL Security.
• Carryout Random alcohol test on staff.
• Prepare reports and debrief Security Officer on what is going on the ground.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Security Related Course
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• Training in MS Office suite and other industry related courses will be an advantage
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• Must have worked in a security organization before
• Knowledge in Security surveillance and investigation
• Knowledge and Experience in Warehouse Operations and controls
