Senior Accountant at Fanisi HR Solutions

Responsibilities;

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for all business units
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable, salaries, statutory payments, and petty cash management.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory tracking.
• Support event/project financial planning, supplier contracts, and reconciliation.
• Handle office administration, vendor coordination, and support the CEO with reporting and special projects.
• Ensure efficient use of financial systems including Odoo, OpenFloat, and spreadsheets/CRM tools.

Required Specifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• At least 6 years experience in accounting with exposure to project management and/or HR administration is added advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Odoo preferred), online banking, and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
