Senior Full stack Engineer at Jumo World

• Plan, build, design and maintain various React-based user interfaces for our customers and partners
• Deliver high-quality code allowing smooth functionality, efficiency and speed for the user
• Ensure documentation or educational content are kept up to date, and drive best practices and engineering excellence
• Serve as technical advisor and mentor to teams across the business
• Work in an agile, cross-functional team to deliver quality code that you can be proud of
• Be a mentor, helping your junior colleagues grow as professionals
• Work with a modern but pragmatic Tech Stack (i.e. TypeScript, React/Redux, React Native, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Terraform, Kubernetes, Datadog, AWS), building a highly scalable distributed system
• Be lead and supported by experienced Tech Leads
• Receive regular, high-quality feedback, to help you continuously improve

You will need

• Hands-on experience designing, developing and testing distributed, high-volume and highly reliable software with a great appreciation of form and functionality
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, ideally AWS
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience designing, developing and testing software, including android software development
• Hands-on experience with the design and development of high volume, highly reliable services.
• Business and operational awareness
• Good communication skills & EQ – able to work in a diverse team
