YOUR ROLE

In the context of the setting up of the country blueprint, a country PMO dedicated to the development of the transformation roadmap and management many initiatives is being appointed. This Transformation role will support and steer group of countries, products and functions in all transversal initiatives being implemented among which turnaround plans and Integration                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support strategic thinking production of the regional team, tactics development and key sensitive initiatives
• Produce the Strategic reporting package
• Follow each and every projects as a PMO team and animate Transformation steerCo
• Lead regional and/or key projects

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior position in program management gained in a change / transformation dedicated team and an exposure in post acquisition integration / turnaround plan
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project management or any business-related course .An MBA is a plus.
• A certificate in project management and 6 sigma green/black belt
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with an exposure in consulting role and operational role
