Senior School Head – CBC Curriculum at Talent Grid Africa

What You'll Do

 As Senior School Head, you will:

• Oversee the setup and full operationalization of the senior school
• Provide academic and administrative leadership
• Guide CBC-aligned lesson planning, assessments, and learner portfolios
• Mentor teachers through coaching and professional development
• Foster strategic partnerships with parents and education stakeholders
• Champion innovation, co-curricular development, and holistic learning

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re an experienced education professional with a track record of academic leadership. Specifically:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC)
• At least 6 years of teaching experience, including 2+ years in school leadership
• Proven experience as a Principal or Head Teacher
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• Proficiency in ICT and digital learning tools
• Location: Nairobi
