Testing Processes –

Following the testing process knowledge is mandatory for associates.

1. Good experience and knowledge in Temenos / T24 Banking Application(s) –Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Islamic Banking
2. Should be able to understand requirements gatherings/analysis
3. Able to work with an onsite-offshore model of working
4. Hands-on on manual test scenarios for business requirement documents and should have good exposure to automation tools
5. Hands-on experience in preparing test strategy and test planning
6. Stakeholder management, Good people & team management skills
7. Test Case Design Test Execution, updating execution results, defect reporting, defect triaging.
8. Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle & Software Test Life Cycle methodology
9. Able to prepare Status reports and communicate with customers on work progress
10. Follow prescribed standards and processes of testing.
11. Should know any 10 of the below modules
