Job Summary 

• We are seeking a skilled Microsoft SharePoint Developer with expertise in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and strong .NET programming capabilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based document management solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to implement secure, scalable, and efficient document workflows while integrating SharePoint with other enterprise systems. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online/on-prem for document management (EDMS). 
• Customize SharePoint lists, libraries, workflows, and Power Automate (Flow) for business processes. 
• Develop .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET, MVC) to extend SharePoint functionality. 
• Implement REST API, CSOM, JSOM, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for custom solutions. 
• Configure metadata management, content types, and retention policies for compliance. 
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power BI, Teams, Azure AD). 
• Troubleshoot and optimize SharePoint performance, security, and permissions. 
• Develop custom web parts, forms, and dashboards using JavaScript/jQuery/React. 
• Migrate legacy document systems to SharePoint Online/On-Premises. 
• Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 2+ years of SharePoint development experience (Online/on-prem). 
• Strong .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) programming skills. 
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, PnP. 
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integration. 
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft Graph API. 
• Understanding of document management (EDMS) best practices. 
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Angular for UI customization. 
• Knowledge of SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance policies. 
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
