Shop Assistant at Denri Africa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and product/promotion information
• Execute in-store promotions and activations to drive sales
• Handle M-Pesa, and card transactions accurately via the POS system
• Receive stock deliveries, monitor inventory, and request replenishments
• Keep accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports

SKILLS & QUALITIES:

• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic sales reporting
• Willingness to work weekends/shifts as required
