We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and results-driven Site Agent – Interior Finishes & Fit-Out Coordinator to oversee all interior finishing works and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and workmanship.

Position Summary

• The Site Agent – Interior Finishes & Fit-Out Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising and delivering all interior finishing activities from commencement to handover. The successful candidate must possess extensive hands-on experience managing multiple finishing trades while maintaining strict quality, cost and programme controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all interior fit-out and finishing works from start to completion.
• Supervise subcontractors, artisans and labour teams.
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, specifications and approved finishes schedules.
• Prepare and monitor detailed finishing programmes.
• Coordinate activities between civil, MEP and finishing contractors.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and building regulations.
• Manage snagging, de-snagging and final handover activities.
• Coordinate installation of doors, windows, wardrobes, kitchens and cabinetry.
• Supervise tiling, terrazzo, marble, granite and stone works.
• Coordinate gypsum ceilings, partitions and decorative finishes.
• Supervise painting, waterproofing and decorative coatings.
• Coordinate plumbing and electrical second-fix installations.
• Supervise sanitary ware and bathroom accessories installation.
• Coordinate lighting fixtures and interior electrical accessories.
• Ensure flooring works including tiles, vinyl, timber, SPC and epoxy are completed to specification.
• Coordinate glass works, aluminium works and balustrades.
• Ensure all interior finishes meet approved quality standards.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
• Verify subcontractor measurements and completed works.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and client representatives.
• Ensure defects are rectified before project handover.
• Maintain proper site documentation and records.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or a related field.

OR

Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Building Construction, Building Technology or Construction Management with extensive practical experience.

Professional Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Membership with relevant professional bodies.
• Valid Construction Site Supervisor certification.
• Occupational Safety and Health certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Computer literacy certification.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years' experience in building construction.
• At least 5 years managing interior finishing works.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential developments.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Experience in luxury residential and commercial fit-outs.
• Experience in project handovers and defects management.
• Experience working with consultants, architects and engineers.
• Experience using construction management software
• Experience managing quality assurance processes.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects within programme and budget.
