Site Agent & Interior Fit-out Coordinator at Home Universal

Job Purpose

To oversee both structural works and interior fit-outs ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of construction projects, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage structural works including foundations, slabs, columns, beams, and related elements.
• Coordinate interior finishing works including tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, and fittings.
• Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and labor to ensure productivity and quality output.
• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC procedures and site safety standards.
• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in both structural works and interior finishing works.
