Bariatric Nurse at Nairobi Bariatric Center

Working hours

This job follows a on-site working model; you will be physically present in the clinic from 8 to 5, Monday to Friday; 9 to 3 on Saturday. You will have to be available all hours after work in the event of any questions or concerns from our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule the consultations with our surgeon over Zoom
• Prepare patients for surgery (answer all their questions and take them through the surgery guide)
• Be present in the hospital during surgery day and be available for all our patients and their families
• Be well versed in the nutritional guideline after surgery
• Conduct regular follow-ups of patients post surgery
• Administer B-12 injections as needed
• Strictly adhere to deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excellent command of English.
