As a Skin Care Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our skincare consultancy service, ensuring seamless customer interactions and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass providing expert skincare advice, managing orders and deliveries, maintaining inventory, conducting sales transactions, and supporting administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers during consultations to understand their needs and provide personalized skincare recommendations. Proactively gather feedback to enhance service quality.
Order Management and Logistics: Process orders, verify payments, and coordinate timely deliveries.
Client Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with existing clients through follow-up calls and emails. Provide ongoing skincare advice and product recommendations based on individual needs.
Stock Management: Receive and verify incoming stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock takes. Monitor product expiry and damage, taking appropriate action as needed.
Sales and Consultations: Conduct sales transactions using our POS system. Recommend skincare products based on customer preferences and skin analysis results.
Customer Service: Assist walk-in clients with product inquiries, guide them through selections, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Administrative Support: Maintain client records, prepare reports, and assist with general office tasks as required.
Client Communication: Schedule virtual and in-person consultations efficiently. Make client calls to confirm appointments and address inquiries.
Product Display Management: Organize and maintain visually appealing product displays to attract customers and enhance product visibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Skin Care Consultant or similar role in the skincare/beauty industry.
Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma; additional certification in skincare or beauty therapy is a plus.
