Social Media Manager — Remote at Kebarick Ventures

Kebarick Ventures is looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly proactive Social Media Manager to grow our brands, products and online communities.

This is a remote position.

We need someone who can do more than simply post content. You should understand how to turn products, ideas and business solutions into content that attracts attention, generates enquiries and ultimately brings customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage Kebarick Ventures’ social media platforms
• Develop and execute a consistent social media content calendar
• Create engaging posts, captions, graphics, short videos and promotional content
• Market our technology products, business solutions and consulting services
• Create campaigns targeting different customer groups
• Grow followers, engagement and brand visibility organically
• Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally
• Identify trends and turn them into relevant content opportunities
• Support product launches, promotions and lead-generation campaigns
• Track performance and continuously improve what works
• Help build strong online identities for the different Kebarick Ventures brands

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other major platforms
• Can create attractive graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Can create and edit short-form videos/Reels/TikToks
• Writes clear, persuasive English
• Understands digital marketing and how social media contributes to sales
• Can work independently and consistently without constant supervision
• Is creative, organised and comfortable working with several brands/products
• Understands AI tools and can use them to improve content creation and productivity
• Is willing to learn our different products and understand the customers they serve
• Experience managing business or technology brands will be an advantage.
