KidsCare is a Kenyan organization which was established in 2010 as an NGO, and was later changed into a Trust in 2012. The founders of KidsCare Kenya are a Dutch couple, Gerard and Lisette Geenen, and the Director Ali Mwaziro. Gerard and Lisette, since KidsCare’s establishment, have continuously supported the organization from their own foundation in The Netherlands.

- Support community engagement initiatives
- Conduct case management and follow-up
- Collaborate with stakeholders and community partners
- Support programme implementation and child protection activities
- Contribute to strengthening families and improving child well-being
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in community engagement and case management
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
- Experience implementing community or child protection programmes
- Passion for creating lasting impact for vulnerable children and families
