About the Role

We are hiring Software Development Interns to join the IT team. They will support in Software Development, Data Analysis and Product Management. The Interns will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Software Developers to build applications or POC s
• Handle minor enhancements in existing applications

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred. We accept candidates from other branches if they have the required skills. 
• Demonstrable projects experience using any of the technologies above
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with professional software development practices and tools including source code control, defect tracking, unit testing and code reviews.

Required Skills

• Good Understanding of two from this selection; Kotlin, Python, Flutter, React, XML, HTML5, Java,
• Must be able to think logically and come up with a solution to a problem
• Must have built a small application can be a web, mobile, or a desktop solution
• Must have the habit of learning individually
• Must have practised writing lots of code
• Strong understanding of basic Server client architecture, application servers and their use, HTTP protocols etc.
• Must know the basics of databases Schema creation, Normalization, and CRUD operations.
• Understand Agile and Traditional Software Development Lifecycle methods

General Skills

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Decent oral and written communication skills
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients.
• Initiative to research and learn emerging technologies.
• Completes additional duties as required.
