Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in broking or a related field
• Proven track record of success in managing a broking team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
