Duties and responsibilities

1. Lead entrepreneurs towards developing organisational strategies using a customised strategy tool
2. Facilitate or lead training sessions
3. Conduct business coaching following training sessions
4. Assist clients design and build new business systems and processes
5. Manage relationships with key clients with a focus on strong and lasting relationships
6. Identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue
7. Responsible for Business Development
8. Conduct high-level research and analysis on client performance
9. Lead a team of coaches and business development executives

Person’s Specifications

1. At least 5 years of experience in Business or Strategy Consulting
2. Excellent understanding of strategy and strategy development
3. Experience working with entrepreneurs is mandatory
4. A relevant degree from a recognised university
5. Superior training and business coaching skills
6. Team management skills and empowerment mindset
7. Project management skills with excellent communication skills
8. Demonstrated leadership experience and multi-Sector knowledge
9. Competent in planning and administering projects and departmental budgets responsibly
10. Able to build, grow and sustain effective networks
