Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day procurement of agro-produce from suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and price competitiveness.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation of agro-produce to and from storage facilities and client locations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
• Track and report on supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain.
• Assist in the implementation of systems to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Support in the preparation of supply chain and operational reports for management review.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within agro-produce handling, FMCG, or trading sectors.
• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with supply chain software/ERPs is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
