Your responsibilities

• Develop and lead customer-specific teams, providing both tactical and strategic direction.
• Guarantee effective daily communication with customers and sales teams.
• Drive our core metrics: Perfect Order Fulfilment (PFR), On-Time In-Full (OTIF), and cost-to-serve.
• Serve as the essential liaison between Reckitt and our large accounts.
• Engineer and refine our methods and procedures to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction."

The experience we're looking for

• A proven track record in Supply Chain leadership with outstanding customer service results.
• Experienced in supply chain or sales roles with a keen understanding of crucial supply chain metrics.
• Skilled at building strong partnerships with stakeholders and empowering your team to deliver impeccable results.
• Proficient in business process improvement, aiming to boost efficiency and cut costs.
• Well-versed in advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Management.
