Job summary

• To fulfill this mandate, Oloolaiser Water is seeking to recruit a motivated, qualified, experienced, self- driven and results-oriented professional with a strong intent and commitment to the Company’s mandate to fill the post of the Technical Services Manager. Working with the broad guidance of the Managing Director, the Technical Services Manager shall plan, direct and co-ordinate the Technical and engineering operations of the Company in consultation with the management team in the broader areas of service provision.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for appointment persons shall meet the following requirements:

• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya in the following backgrounds: Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or equivalent qualifications, with 5 years’ Experience in a busy senior engineering position,
• Advance level proficiency in managerial skills, planning, organizing, controlling, directing and coordinating.
• Must be versed with water sector reforms and operations in Kenya; Competency in management information systems relevant to the water sector;
• Have demonstrated high leadership and management capability; Excellent communication skills
