Technical Supervisor at G4S

Reporting to the Technical Manager Electronic Security Solutions (ESS), the Supervisor will be in charge of technical team operations in order to achieve the organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Planning daily customer visits
• Coordinating maintenance for the assigned areas
• Resolving customer complaints
• Scheduling of daily tasks to technicians
• Preparing report summaries for customers and internal use
• Management of technicians
• Prepare daily activity reports
• Preparation of monthly activity reports
• Coordinate daily technical activities for assigned areas
• Front line technical support to technicians in the field

Ideal candidate:

Knowledge and Qualifications

• KCSE Certificate
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Certificate of good conduct
• Minimum 30 years of age
• Technical working experience

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
