Testing and Validation Engineer at Roam Electric

About the role:

We are looking for a Testing and Validation Engineer who will be responsible for test procedures for our electric motorcycles. The ideal person must have over 5 years experience in Engineering with 2 years in testing and validation.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

• Design test procedures for electric motorcycles for function, form and fitment testing.
• Collect test data using suitable tools.
• Do structured documentation of all the test activities.
• Analyse test data using suitable tools.
• Creating test reports presenting the result.
• Working closely with the R&D team that are designing the motorcycle.
• Manage testing projects and timelines.
• Carry out field tests.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
• Must have at least 2 years work experience as a test engineer
• Must have good knowledge in standards & certifications.
• Must have knowledge in data analytics.
• Must have extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
• High-level technical writing skills.
• Good skills in planning and structuring.
• Project management skills
