Our client is looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and results-driven Tour Consultant to join their team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Ability to convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services
- Design customized and group tour packages based on client requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Knowledge of airline ticketing is an added advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Previous experience in tour consultancy, travel sales or a related role is an added advantage
Salary: Ksh. 25,000
