Trainer Health Sciences Department - Community Health Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertaking training in areas of specialization in accordance with the syllabus
- Preparing teaching/learning materials and schemes of work
- Setting and marking examination/assignment
- Instructing, guiding and evaluation of trainees in practical exercises
- Reporting progress and overall performance of individual trainees
- Participating in development of curriculum and training programmes
- Undertaking/ carrying out research work under the guidance and supervision of a senior trainer.
- Degree in Community Health/Public Health
Note
- Registration with relevant professional bodies where applicable, background training in Competency-based education (CBET), Pedagogy and TVETA Registration will be an added advantage.
