Value Stream Finance Head at Bidco Africa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare cost benefit analyses for Capex proposals.
• Update and share product/SKU costing sheets weekly.
• Prepare & Analyze management accounts and recommend actions to Senior management.
• Continuously monitor and analyze input costs, and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and stability.
• Participate in procurement decisions and monitor BOM daily.
• Manage debtor cycles, credit notes, and customer incentive schemes.
• Prepare and present impact analyses of marketing expenditures, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Ensure contract compliance and maintain financial records.
• Prepare detailed P&L reports at Value Stream, brand, and customer level.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Senior finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills
• Experience in non alcoholic beverage manufacturing is highly desirable
