Technical Support: Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced electrical and mechanical issues in Zeno's electric motorcycles.
Assembly & Commissioning: Lead the assembly, functional checks, and commissioning of electric motorcycles to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal motorcycle performance and reliability.
Field Support: Provide on-site technical support for motorcycles in the field, including inspections, repairs, and performance optimizations.
Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, technical issues, and corrective actions related to the motorcycles.
Customer Interaction: Collaborate with early test customers and provide technical support to address motorcycle-related concerns.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to engineering and product development teams to enhance motorcycle performance.
What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical systems, preferably within the automotive or EV sectors.
Proven expertise in diagnosing complex technical issues in electric motorcycles and implementing effective solutions.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, control units, and power management specific to EV motorcycles.
Proficiency in mechanical systems related to motorcycle assembly, suspension, drivetrain, and brake systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel to various Zeno areas of sales and operation across Kenya
