Job Purpose:

To support the veterinary and quality teams in maintaining humane, hygienic, and regulatory-compliant handling of poultry across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ante- and post-mortem inspections.
• Monitor animal welfare compliance and humane slaughter practices.
• Enforce hygiene protocols during processing.
• Collect samples for testing and maintain proper documentation.
• Participate in audits, incident reporting, and regulatory training.
