We are seeking a creative and versatile Videographer & Social Media Specialist to capture compelling visual content and manage our social media presence across platforms. This role blends storytelling, content creation, and digital marketing to help elevate our brand and engage with our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for use across digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with leadership teams to create video content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Manage social media calendars and schedule posts to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
• Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to keep content fresh and relevant
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and video descriptions
• Track performance metrics and analyze engagement to optimize future content
• Manage and maintain video equipment and media files

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar tools
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with photography, animation, or motion graphics is a plus
• Ability to learn AI tools to increase production.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
