Warehouse Project Lead at Greenspoon Kenya

ROLE DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

The Warehouse Project Lead will be responsible for:

1. Setting quality standards, procedures and SOPs for an efficient warehouse function
2. Procedures for ensuring short expiries are well managed
3. Ensuring 0 stock variance
4. Set up innovative warehouse technologies to reach company goals
5. Train team on effective and efficient warehouse processes
6. Manage stock levels, ensure FEFO
7. Execute continuous stock take processes

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s level+ with excellent academic achievement
2. 2+ years work experience in complex warehousing
3. Experience in food handling (frozen, ambient, chilled) is a massive plus
4. Excellent problem solving skills
5. Super analytical and communicative
6. Perfectionistic and driven to implement solutions end to end
7. Hyper structured
8. Excellent in working with Excel and ERP systems
