Weeding Supervisor at Flamingo Horticulture

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Writing weekly weeding plan
• Managing labour as per the plan
• Completing weeding plan on time and reporting gaps 
• Ensure employees work at current standard as per grade
• Ensure weeders have appropriate equipment
• Ensure PPE is worn as per the PPE guide 
• Report any accident that occurs at work
• Implementing SHE policies in the area of the work
• Induction of new employees
• Proper planning to ensure task completion.
• Ensure that all weeding records are accurate and submitted to the immediate supervisor daily, properly maintained, 
• accessible, and available for inspection by both internal and external auditors.

DESIRED COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of O-Level (Grade C-) or its equivalent and above.
• Diploma /Certificate in Agriculture/Horticulture
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flaunt smartphone technology.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Three years and above experience.
• Be a team player & Self-disciplined.
