    Assistant Club Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Club Manager to assistant the Club Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club to ensure excellent service delivery.

    Job Description

    • The Assistant Club Manager shall be responsible to the club Manager for overseeing the daily operations of the club and ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. 
    • More specifically, the Assistant Club Manager will responsible to the Manager for: - 
    • Ensuring smooth operations of the club’s guest rooms, restaurant, main bar, and sports bar.
    • Promoting and managing the club’s conference facilities and social events to enhance revenue.
    • Develop strategies to enhance the experience of existing members.
    • Budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation across all club services.
    • Leading and motivating employees across different departments.
    • Ensuring the club’s infrastructure is well-maintained and adheres to safety and regulatory requirements.

    Job Specifications:

    For appointment to this position a candidate must have: -

    • Proven work experience as Assistant Club Manager or similar role for at least 3 years
    • Strong understanding of club management procedures
    • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
    • Good knowledge of financial and facilities management
    • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and club management software
    • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job
    • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field Knowledge
    • Knowledge of golf operational aspects will be an added advantageKnowledge of golf operational aspects will be an added advantage

    Accounts Assistant

    JOB REF. NO. KSC/001/2025

    Job Description

    • Preparation and verification of vouchers in accordance with the laid down rules and regulations involving primary data entry and routine accounting work such as balancing of cashbooks, imprest and advances ledgers etc.  
    • The Accounts Assistant will be responsible to the accountant for performing a variety of accounting work of limited scope.  Specifically, the duties and responsibilities will involve: -
    • She/he will be responsible for safe custody of records and assets under him/her.
    • Assisting in Handling of members accounts
    • Any other duties that maybe assigned by responsible officer from time to time

    Job Specifications

    For appointment to the grade of Account Assistant, a candidate must have the following qualifications: -

    • Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Commerce
    • A pass in Part II of the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Examination or it’s recognized equivalent qualifications.
    • Certificate in Computer application skills qualification

    Work Experience

    • 3 years of experience in accounting, finance or book-keeping preferably in the hospitality industry.

    Key Skills required:

    • Knowledge of hotel financial procedures (Billing, Invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivables)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software (QuickBooks), SBA an added advantage
    • Understanding of Tax regulations and compliance
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet datelines
    • Good communication and team work skills
    • Familiarity with hotel revenue management and cost control techniques.
