    Marketing Manager

    The Role

This is a senior leadership position with full ownership of marketing: strategy, budget, team and results. You will lead the social media, graphic design and recruitment outreach teams. Your success will be judged mainly by how many students and candidates enrol, and how good they are.

    What You'll Do

    • Create the marketing strategy and annual plan for the institution's courses, examinations, translation services and international placement programme
    • Manage and develop a team across social media, graphic design and recruitment outreach
    • Run and improve paid online campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google, and manage the marketing budget
    • Lead outreach to relevant institutions and professional networks, working closely with the recruitment team
    • Set up a clear lead pipeline from first enquiry to enrolment or placement, and monitor cost per lead and conversion rates
    • Ensure the brand and messaging stay consistent across every branch and channel
    • Give the Managing Director monthly reports on results against targets

    What You'll Need

    • At least 4 years in a marketing management role, leading a team
    • A proven track record with online campaigns — budgets, targets and results you can show
    • Marketing experience in education or recruitment
    • Comfort working with data: ad managers, analytics and CRM tools
    • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting, using Google Analytics and the ad platforms' own dashboards, to show clear return on spend
    • Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing and landing page optimisation to drive and convert enquiries
    • Strong people leadership: the ability to set clear targets, coach team members and hold them accountable for results
    • Sound judgement and good decision-making when managing a budget and balancing competing priorities across several branches.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to report to senior leadership
    • Willingness to travel to branches, and to work independently while meeting deadlines

    Nice to Have

    • Additional language skills relevant to the client's international operations
    • Experience with international or migration-related programmes

    German Language Teacher

    The Role

    • You will teach German to students and professionals preparing to work or study abroad. Your classes will take learners from their first words to the level they need for examinations and for life and work in a German-speaking country. You will be measured by your students' progress, their exam results and how ready they are to be placed.

    What You'll Do

    • Teach German language classes to beginner and intermediate learners (A1 to B1), in groups and in smaller classes where needed
    • Prepare students for recognised German language examinations such as Goethe and Telc
    • Plan lessons, set learning goals and prepare teaching materials for each course
    • Assess students regularly, track their progress and give clear feedback
    • Help students with the German they will need for everyday life and the workplace, including interviews and professional communication
    • Work with the recruitment and placement teams so that language training meets the needs of employers abroad
    • Teach at different branches and report regularly to the Managing Director on class progress and exam outcomes

    What You'll Need

    • A strong command of German, preferably at B2 level or higher, with a certificate to prove it
    • A degree, which will be greatly preferred, preferably in German, Languages, Linguistics or Education
    • Previous experience teaching German or another language to adult learners
    • Clear, patient communication and the ability to explain grammar simply
    • Good organisation and the discipline to prepare lessons and mark work on time
    • Comfort using digital tools for online and blended teaching
    • Willingness to travel to branches

    Nice to Have

    • A recognised teaching qualification, or a German examiner or trainer certificate
    • Experience preparing students for Goethe or Telc examinations
    • Experience with international placement, migration or study-abroad programmes
    • Time lived, studied or worked in a German-speaking country

    Social Media & Communications Officer

    What you'll do

    • Plan and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, including shooting and editing short video at our client's branches.
    • Grow the channels deliberately, not incidentally: test formats, read the numbers, do more of what works.
    • Manage comments and DMs, answer or route enquiries from prospective students and candidates, and log every lead properly.
    • Tell candidates' stories: successful placements, exam successes, and the different pathways people take to get there.
    • Write announcements, newsletters, partner-facing updates and website copy.
    • Support employer and institutional communication abroad alongside the Managing Director.
    • Report monthly on reach, engagement and enquiries generated.

What our client is really looking for

A track record of building an audience. If you've grown and managed an Instagram or TikTok account past 25,000 followers, your own or on behalf of a brand, we want to talk to you. Tell us which account, where it stood when you took it on, and what you did to grow it.

    Also needed

    • Strong written English
    • Ability to produce and edit short-form video yourself (CapCut or equivalent)
    • Solid photography skills
    • Sound judgment handling public complaints and sensitive candidate information
    • Educational background in Mass Media, Communication, Journalism, Fine Art or a related field
    • Hands-on experience with content scheduling and social media management tools (for example Meta Business Suite, Buffer or Hootsuite)
    • Ability to read analytics across social platforms and turn the numbers into clear monthly reports and recommendations
    • Good organisation and time management, able to keep a content calendar running while handling daily community management
    • Creativity and initiative: you spot trends, suggest new formats and see ideas through from concept to publication
    • Flexibility to travel to branches and to work on events or campaigns outside normal hours when needed

    Nice to have

    • Proficiency in German
    • Experience in education, recruitment or migration
    • Paid social (Meta Ads) experience
