    Digital Marketing Associate

    • The Digital Marketer will work closely with the Marketing Lead, Events Coordinator, Sales, and Product teams to deliver measurable marketing impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Campaign Planning and Execution

    • Plan and run digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email and other relevant platforms.
    • Translate the marketing strategy into targeted digital initiatives aligned with product and regional goals.
    • Create and manage campaign calendars, A/B tests, budgets and optimization cycles.

    ​​​​​​​Content Creation and Management

    • Develop compelling content tailored to students, teachers and parents.
    • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Collaborate with designers, the Events Coordinator and Marketing Lead to create integrated campaign assets.

    ​​​​​​​Social Media and Community Engagement

    • Manage Zeraki’s social media channels with the aim of increasing engagement and conversions.
    • Respond to comments and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
    • Launch user-generated content initiatives across different platforms.

    ​​​​​​​Website and SEO Optimization

    • Support website content updates and landing page improvements.
    • Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility.
    • Work with the Product and Tech teams to ensure a smooth and user-friendly digital journey.

    ​​​​​​​ Email Marketing and Customer Retention

    • Develop targeted email campaigns for leads, schools and parent communities.
    • Manage lists, segmentation, automation and reporting
    • Support retention by promoting new features, reminders, updates and learning resources.

    ​​​​​​​Analytics, Reporting and Insights

    • Track campaign performance across social media channels using analytics tools.
    • Produce fortnightly and monthly reports with insights, learnings and improvement recommendations.
    • Work with Marketing Lead to ensure digital efforts contribute to KPIs such as traffic, leads, sign-ups and retention.

    ​​​​​​​Collaborate Across Functions

    • Partner with the Events Coordinator to amplify event visibility before, during and after on-ground activities.
    • Support sales with digital assets and outreach messages.
    • Work with Product team to highlight new releases, user benefits and student success stories.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, Meta business suite, ad managers and Google Analytics.
    • Strong copywriting and basic design skills.
    • Ability to create short-form video content.
    • Understanding of SEO and email marketing tools.
    • Excellent communication, time management and project execution skills.
    • Interest in education and technology.

    Operations and Events Manager

    Key Responsibility Areas

     Administration & Office Operations

    • Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, systems, and controls.
    • Oversee office infrastructure, facilities, technology, and asset management.
    • Implement and monitor security, asset tracking, and resource utilization systems.
    • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
    • Ensure administrative practices align with company policies and governance standards.

    ​​​​​​​Operations Management

    • Oversee day-to-day operational activities across the organization.
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce cost and friction.
    • Develop and enforce operational procedures, workflows, and service standards.
    • Lead operational reporting to support management decision-making.
    • Drive continuous improvement across internal operations.

    ​​​​​​​Procurement & Vendor Management

    • Lead procurement planning and supplier sourcing.
    • Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve cost savings and service quality improvements.
    • Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal approval processes and policies.
    • Track procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance.
    • Maintain a compliant and auditable procurement process.

    ​​​​​​​Events Planning & Execution (Strategic & Operational)

    • Develop and maintain an annual events calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Lead.
    • Coordinate 1–2 strategic events per quarter, including:
    • Education competitions (Science Congress, Math Contests)
    • School leadership forums (KEPSHA/KESSHA, bursars, directors)
    • Parent webinars and Zeraki activations
    • Manage end-to-end event logistics: venues, vendors, equipment, staffing, and on-site coordination.
    • Support grassroots activations that drive brand visibility and engagement.
    • Ensure events are delivered professionally, on budget, and aligned with Zeraki’s brand positioning.

    ​​​​​​​Cross-Functional Coordination & Brand Alignment

    • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure events and activations are aligned with business objectives.
    • Coordinate external stakeholders including schools, associations, partners, and vendors.
    • Support the preparation of event materials and collateral.
    • Oversee collection of event content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing use.

    ​​​​​​​ Measurement, Reporting & Accountability

    • Track operational KPIs, procurement savings, and administrative efficiency metrics.
    • Monitor event performance: attendance, cost per event, leads generated, and engagement.
    • Prepare post-event and operational reports with insights and improvement actions.
    • Support management in evaluating ROI across operations and events.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Operations & Administration

    • ≥15% year-on-year reduction in operational costs.
    • ≥15% improvement in asset and resource utilization.
    • Successful implementation of at least 5 cost-saving or efficiency-driven process improvements annually.

    Procurement

    • ≥5% cost savings through supplier negotiations.
    • 100% compliance with procurement approval protocols.

    Events

    • Timely and professional execution of all planned events.
    • High satisfaction ratings from attendees and internal stakeholders.
    • Clear contribution of events to brand visibility, partnerships, and engagement.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in operations, administration, procurement, or event coordination.
    • Strong organizational and project management capability.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities across operational and event timelines.
    • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel for regional events and activations.
