    Procurement and Supply Chain Manager (1 Position)

    Job Description: 

    • Reporting to the Group Finance, Administration & Strategy Officer this position is responsible for providing leadership, managing, and overseeing the companys procurement and supply chain function including inventory management, procurement processes and procedures, and logistics to ensure delivery of the best quality, price and terms from suppliers/ providers as well as manage costs for the organization. Working closely with the managers , the successful job holder will establish effective and efficient procurement operations including ensuring procurement based on needs, establish and implement best practice in identification & negotiation with suppliers; contract management and service delivery; managing inventory and stock holding while ensuring adherence to the company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications: 

    • Applicants must be in possession of a bachelors degree preferably in procurement and supply, with professional qualification in procurement (CIPS) and valid membership to a relevant professional body. Masters degree in business administration will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years cumulative experience in a similar position in a hospital or health related area. Knowledge of importation processes and the applicable tax requirements will be required.

    Credit Officer NHIF (1 Position)

    Job Description: 

    • Reporting to the Head of Credit Control, this position is responsible for reconciliation and collection of the NHIF account through ensuring daily tracking of claims, proper implementation of NHIF contract through training, timely verification and submission of claims and timely collection, reconciliation and allocations.

    Qualifications: 

    • Applicants must be in possession of a Bachelors degree in a business-related course with professional qualification in finance or credit management with professional qualification in accounting. This position requires active knowledge and experience in individual debt management. The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.

    Clinical Officer-Anaesthetist (2 Positions)

    Job Description: 

    • Based in our Meru and Naivasha branches and reporting to the Clinical Services in Charge, this position will be responsible for providing quality procedures in theatre while ensuring pre and post-operative patient safety.The successful candidate must be abel to demonstrate ability to perform procedures as provided within the scope of practice for the profession as detailed by the COC.

    Qualifications: 

    • Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery and a Higher National Diploma in Anaesthesia, with valid certification in ATLS and ACLS. In addition they must have a minimum 5 years cumulative experience of which 3 years should be in providing anaesthetist services in a busy hospital theatre.

    Pharmacy Services in Charge

    Job Description:

    • Reporting to the Hospital Manager and with matrix reporting to the Pharmacy Services Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Pharmacy department within the hospital unit to ensure availability of commodities as required. The job holder will superintend the branch pharmacy. In addition, he/she will ensure high quality and continuity of services rendered, stock control and excellent customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology and must be enrolled with the Pharmacies and Poisons Board. The position requires active knowledge and experience in stock management, people management and customer service. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.

    Theatre Nurse

    Job Description: 

    • Reporting to the Section in Charge-Theatre this position will be responsible for providing high standard of peri-operative care in line with the hospitals policies and procedures. This position is currently open at our Mombasa unit.

    Qualifications: 

    • Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma in KRCHN or Degree in Nursing, valid certification in BLS, ACLS or ATLS.Successful candidates must have a valid license from the NCK. A Higher Diploma in Peri- Operative Nursing will be an added advantage. In addition, they must have minimum post registration experience of 2 years in a busy hospital.
