    Dispatch & Logistics Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the daily scheduling of drivers and ensure delivery targets are met.
    • Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the delivery process.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
    • Responsible for meeting on-time performance requirements.
    • Resolve transportation problems with urgency and professionalism.
    • Record and document information from drivers and distribute it to appropriate departments.
    • Develop and implement dispatch strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
    • Conduct regular audits of dispatch and logistics processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring a high level of customer service.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain/transportation function or business-related course.
    • Must have integrity with high morals and professional ethical values.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a dispatch and logistics manager for the logistics sector.
    • Must have thorough knowledge of logistics operations procedures & processes.
    • Demonstrated excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
    • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be self-driven, focused and goal oriented which includes ability to work remotely.
    • Able to work in a variable shift pattern with hours that may vary according to operational need.

    Junior IT Support Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    Technical Support:

    • Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, CCTV and network issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize any downtime across multiple branches and locations.

    System Maintenance:

    • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance.
    • Perform regular system updates and backups to safeguard data integrity and security.

    IT Infrastructure Management:

    • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.
    • Ensure the availability and reliability of the company’s IT infrastructure.

    User Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to employees on the use of hardware, software, and IT systems.
    • Create and maintain user guides and documentation to assist employees in resolving common IT issues.

    Security Management:

    • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect the company’s data and systems.
    • Monitor for potential security breaches and respond to security incidents as necessary.

    Inventory Management:

    • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
    • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of IT hardware and software.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with other departments and branches to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth IT operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • A good understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experiences

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
    • Familiarity with basic networking concepts and devices (fixed data, WIFI and CCTV).
    • Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
    • Knowledge of system administration tasks.
    • Proficiency in using IT support tools and ticketing systems.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
