Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for an Events and Activations Executive. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events and activations to promote brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, building vendor relationships, overseeing budgets, and ensuring successful on-ground execution. The candidate will also be responsible for creative input, audience engagement strategies, and post-event analysis to measure impact and performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in events/activations/BTL
- Event Planning, Coordination, and Execution skills
- Stakeholder management (agencies, suppliers, clients)
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Vendor Relationship Management and Budget Oversight
- Creative Thinking and Brand Engagement Strategies
- Analytical skills for Post-Event Evaluation
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Experience in Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, or a related field
