    Field Sales Representative

    Job Summary:
    Our client  is seeking a talented Field Sales Representative to join the growing team. As a key member of the sales department, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying quality rental blocks of apartments and selling our property management services to landlords.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Route mapping target areas with prospective properties for management
    • Daily scouting of properties in the field
    • Prospecting people on site of target buildings to offer our property management services
    • Taking pictures of prospective properties for quality review
    • Find a way through the gatekeepers to the landlords of these properties to engage and onboard our property management services
    • End-of-day reporting to your supervisor based on the site visits
    • Relationship management

    Commercial Manager

    The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s commercial strategies to increase market share and revenue streams. This role involves managing key partnerships, overseeing sales and marketing efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.     DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Revenue Management: Develop pricing models, business development initiatives, and revenue streams to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
    • Customer Experience: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, with a focus on user feedback, service improvements, and loyalty programs.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs, including revenue growth, market share, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the successful execution of all commercial activities.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the mobility, technology, or logistics sectors.
    • Proven experience in market expansion, business development, and partnership management.
    • Strong understanding of the East African market, with experience working in the region being highly desirable.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills.
    • A track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets.

    Sales Advisor

    We are seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Advisor who will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts and Nairobi region.
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execute on the client’s regional expansion strategy.
    • Maintaining relationships with engineers, contractors MEPs to open the door for projects in the Nairobi region.
    • Responsible for driving growth in Nairobi area and focus on regional growth by expanding sales in the regions.
    • To source for new guarding and electronic systems clients as per the monthly targets.

    • A university degree in Sales and marketing or business studies is preferred
    • Must have (5) years of continuous work experience in the relevant field.
    • Presentable with good communication skills
    • Able to persuade and close sales
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend Information.
    • Self-Motivated and experience in developing pipeline.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
