    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
    • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry-specific data analysis techniques is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Digital Marketer-Real Estate

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

    Requirements

    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Excellent skills in creating, writing, editing (photo/video/text) content
    • Proficient in the use of key social media marketing tools
    • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
    • Familiarity with editing software like CANVA , Snappa, Photoshop and video programs
    • Proven success in Content Creation that will pull the targeted audience to the brand and for the audience to effectively engage
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism at all times
    • Ability to work in a team or as an individual with minimal supervision
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and its components
    • Very good Business Data Analytics skills which is relevant in decision making
    • Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
