Junior Accountant Job description

1. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and bank statements. 
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, etc.
3. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns. 
4. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. 
5. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. 
6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. 
7. Conduct financial audits and prepare audit documentation. 
8. Monitor and ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting policies. 
9. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
10. Post expenses into the system and do remittance on a monthly basis.
