    IT Officer

    Job Summary

    We are looking to hire an IT officer who will oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems. This role involves developing and executing IT strategies, safeguarding data and networks, and supporting business operations with innovative technology solutions.     Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Supervise IT department staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

    IT Strategy & Planning

    • Evaluate vendors and recommend hardware, software, and service purchases.

    Support & Maintenance

    • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
    • Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT support and maintenance.

    Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure IT operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and disaster recovery protocols.

    Project Management

    • Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
    • Collaborate with other departments to deliver IT-enabled business solutions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT project management.
    • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of network architecture, hardware, and enterprise software.
    • Cybersecurity expertise with hands-on experience in security tools and protocols.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Executive Assistant/C-suit Support -Marketing Agency

    Job Summary

    We are seeking to hire a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO. In this role, you will act as an extension of the CEO’s office providing critical support across business operations, internal alignment, and external stakeholder engagement.

    You will need to bring strong organizational and communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism. Beyond administrative excellence, the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and support the CEO in driving the agency’s vision forward.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support & Coordination

    • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings and activities.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years’ cumulative experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership, preferably in fast-paced industries (marketing, advertising, communications, consulting, or similar).
    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
    • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, projects, and workflows.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs.
    • Experience using productivity tools such as CRM, project management software, and scheduling platforms.
