    Responsibilities

    • Build strategy on product positioning and pricing in liaison with the Sales Manager
    • Follow through and ensure that the Managed Print Service strategy is met
    • Assign sales targets to each of the team members in line with the agreed budget in liaison with the HOB.
    • Ensure the product targets are met
    • Collect market intelligence information for decision making in liaison with the Head of Business to remain competitive in the market against competition
    • Positioning calls in key corporate accounts
    • Inventory planning on equipment , spare parts and consumables.
    • Review business on a weekly & monthly basis to ensure that it is aligned to the CMS Business Strategy
    • Constantly explore new markets or alternate channels for products
    • Ensuring that the pipeline is in place to enable target achievement
    • Ensures timely collection in liaison with credit control team
    • Works closely with Sales Manager and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects/equipment/Spares/Consumables
    • Assists the Sales Manager in planning the stocks based on past trends & forecast based on customer needs

    Qualifications

    • Degree in business management and/or any other related areas
    • 4 – 8 years’ experience in the office automation industry
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Experience in office automation sales both hardware and software

    After Sales Pump Technician

    Job Description

    Salary: 25k – 30k

    Responsibilities
    • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches and support daily our customer via the phone
    • Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
    • Support and perform installation, de-bugging and final test runs at the customer site of machines coming from the factory
    • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
    • Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes
    • Operate machine in a safe manner and follow all company’s filed procedure and protocols
      Cooperate with sales and technical team and share information across the organization
    • Repair and perform maintenance at the customer
    • Perform installation and debugging of machine modification and retool project on the machine at the customer site
    • Perform machine preventive maintenance service and training at the customer
    • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations such as training, repair, and spare parts needs
    • Build positive relationships with customers
    Qualifications
    • At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in Electrical/Electronic will be an added advantage
    • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

    Senior Technical Sales Executive - Agricultural Inputs

    Job Description

    Our client is one of the leading SMEs in the business of imports and distribution of pesticides to farmers in Kenya. They seek to hire a highly intelligent, aggressive and result-oriented person 

    The Senior Technical Sales Executive will be tasked with aggressive marketing and selling of new and existing agricultural inputs among large scale growers and distributors.

    Location: North Rift (Eldoret)

    Salary: 70k – 80k

    Responsibilities
    • Take lead in gathering relevant market intelligence for management purpose
    • Competitors’ marketing and sales activities, product pricing, discount structure and distributor incentive system;
    • Credit worthiness of new and existing clients;
    • Product presentation and pricing structure.
    • Take charge of promotion and marketing of new and existing products among large scale growers.
    • Design, implement and maintain an effective marketing strategy of the company products.
    • Popularize usage of company products through demonstration, field days, farmers’
    • Ensure that products samples issued out for demonstration are used for the intended purpose.
    • Maintain regular contact and good rapport with key growers to ensure that there is demand of company products among growers.
    • Attend and assist in organizing relevant marketing activities.
    • In charge of sales to large scale growers and key distributors.
    • Identify, recruit, maintain and service potential end-users to ensure potential sales are realized at all times.
    • Plan and manage client contacts and follow up to secure sales.
    • In liaison with immediate supervisor, negotiate product sales price and terms of sales with clients to maximize on profitability.
    • Persuade potential clients to buy the company products.
    • Take a pro-active role in collection of due debits in the territory.
    • In liaison with the management, vet new and review existing clients for credit worthiness.
    • Obtain and maintain sufficient information on clients’ ability to service credit and ensure that the management is well updated on dangerous clients.
    • Respond to clients’ inquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
    • Prepare seasonal / quarterly sales forecast, marketing programme and budget.
    • Play an active role in the direction and the management of the company products sales and marketing.
    Qualifications
    • Degree Agricultural related fields
    • Minimum 2 years of direct sales and marketing of agricultural inputs to large scale farmers and distributors;
    • Age: Preferably 28 – 32 years;
    • Valid car driver’s license and minimum 2 years driving experience;
    • Willingness to travel extensively to meet growers;
    • Good planning and organizational skills and ability to work creatively on problem solving;
    • High level of motivation and entrepreneurial drive;
    • Desire to learn, constantly improve and act on feedback;
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, networking and prospecting skills;
    • Goal driven, confident, outgoing personality and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
