What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software or system issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain user training materials, documentation and process guides.
• Assist in gathering and defining user requirements to improve system usability.
• Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve technical challenges.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets using CRM and helpdesk tools.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Billing).
• Familiarity with call center systems and support workflows.
• Strong documentation and user training development skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Implement and optimize backend logic to support various product features.
• Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) to ensure reliable and efficient data management.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented Python code.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure high code reliability.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid understanding of backend design principles.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI for building production-grade APIs.
• Strong experience working with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized application management.
• Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Experience with Redis and message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Familiarity with C# and ASP.NET Core will be an added advantage.

• Degree/Diploma in computer science, IT or in any related field.
• Strong proficiency in React (required).
• Experience with Svelte and SvelteKit will be highly considered.
• Experience managing state in complex applications using Redux or Zustand.
• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
