    Sales and Marketing Attachment

    Location: Chandaria Business Innovation, Kenyatta University

    Duration: 3 Months

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research and Analysis:
      • Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, trends, and competitor analysis.
      • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
    • Social Media Management:
      • Monitor social media engagement and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Content Creation:
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various channels, including blog posts, newsletters, and website updates.
    • Email Marketing:
      • Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
    • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
      • Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels.
    • Sales Support:

      • Participate in sales meetings and gain exposure to the sales process.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
      • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

    • Event Coordination:
      • Assist in planning and organizing events (e.g., webinars, trade shows) to promote our products/services.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing and sales.

    Digital Media Attachment

    Location: Chandaria Business Innovation – Kenyatta University

    Summary:

    The Digital Media Intern will assist the Marketing/Communications team in creating and implementing digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences. This role will involve a combination of content creation, social media management, analytics tracking, and staying up-to-date with emerging digital trends. The intern will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and contribute to real-world campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation:
      • Assist in creating compelling and engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, blog, email campaigns, and more.
      • Collaborate with the team to develop graphics, videos, infographics, and other visual elements to support marketing initiatives.
    • Social Media Management:
      • Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) using scheduling tools.
      • Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
    • Digital Advertising:
      • Support in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other paid media channels.
      • Assist in tracking and analyzing ad performance to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
    • Analytics and Reporting:
      • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms.
      • Create regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for improvements.
    • Market Research:
      • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to inform digital marketing strategies.
    • SEO and Website Optimization:
      • Collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
      • Assist in implementing SEO best practices and analyze website performance metrics.
    • Email Marketing:

    • Emerging Technologies and Trends:

    Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in using digital media tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools, email marketing platforms).
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
