    Accounts Payables Intern

    Job Description:

    • Assist in receiving supplier invoices and verify completeness (supplier details, dates, descriptions, tax/WHT where applicable, approvals, and supporting documents).
    • Perform basic matching checks (invoice vs PO/quotation vs delivery note/GRN/service confirmation) and escalate gaps for resolution.
    • Ensure invoices are posted daily in QuickBooks/ERP to the correct supplier, account, cost center/project, and tax treatment.
    • Maintain an invoice control log to ensure no invoices are missed and all are captured within cut-off timelines.
    • Update relevant payables trackers on a daily/weekly basis.
    • Ensure every payment entry in the trackers has relevant support linked/attached (invoice, approval, POP, WHT details, etc.).
    • Support timely petty cash processing upon approval and post petty cash transactions correctly.
    • Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and soft copies) for invoices, approvals, POPs, and reconciliations for audit readiness.
    • Ensure all transactions are compliant with internal approval matrices and escalate policy breaches.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Management/Administration, or related field.
    • Professional membership/qualification: CPA II and above or ACCA (or equivalent) will be an added advantage.

    Pellet Packing Supervisor

    Job Description:

    • Supervise the packing of plastic pellets into specified bags.
    • Ensure correct labeling and documentation of packed products.
    • Inspect packed pellets for quality and compliance with specifications.
    • Train and supervise packing staff, ensuring they adhere to operational guidelines.
    • Schedule and allocate tasks to packing team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

    Quality control

    • Monitor and control the automatic packing line to maintain efficiency and productivity.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance packing efficiency and quality.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in  in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
    • Proven experience in packing operations, preferably in a recycling or manufacturing environment.

    Welder - MRF

    Job Description:

    • Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to assemble and repair metal structures and components.
    • Fabricate metal components and structures according to specifications.
    • Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment within the facilities 
    • Ensure all welding work adheres to safety and quality standards.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and equipment.
    • Use protective gear and equipment to ensure personal safety.

    Requirements:

    Recycling Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description:

    • Oversee and manage daily activities of the Recycling staff including mixed waste sorting, plastic sorting, glass sorting, pig food sorting, and baling.
    • Staff planning and managing attendance.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure sorted materials meet company and regulatory standards.
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
    • Monitor and optimize sorting processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
    • Coordinate the scheduling and utilization of forklifts to support recycling operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of sorted materials, equipment usage, and staff performance.
    • Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Prepare and submit weekly reports on performance and other OKR metrics.
    • Post petty cash requests and follow up on approval/payment.
    • Manage inventory levels of materials and coordinate with the logistics team for timely removal and transport.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on plant operations, including productivity, efficiency, and OEE metrics.
    • Implement process control systems.
    • Work with the engineering team for new equipment design and installation.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting (Use data for decision-making and process enhancements.)
    • Do market research about possibilities with existing and new machinery
    • Come up with new ideas about recycling untapped material flows within the company and market

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Diploma/degree in Mechanical engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience of maintenance teams in a manufacturing, processing set up

    Senior Mechanic

    Job Description:

    • Workshop Leadership: Lead and mentor mechanics, optimizing labor utilization and setting best practices for maintenance and repair tasks.
    • Uptime: Ensure 85%+ equipment uptime (for all trucks, wheel loaders, forklifts and company cars/bikes)
    • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot basic equipment failures for trucks and other vehicles.
    • Scheduling: Create and use daily and weekly planning for truck maintenance, services and repairs
    • Maintenance Execution: Lead team in regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to boost uptime and reliability.
    • Maintenance Logs and Documentation: Maintain detailed, organized records of work orders and ensure accurate, chronological tracking in the Vehicle tracker.
    • Review Daily Checks: Review daily checks and liaise with logistics manager to plan for maintenance/repair
    • Parts and Procurement Coordination: Request and assist (e.g. suppliers) the procurement process, coordinating with the purchasing team to ensure timely parts delivery.
    • Store: Coordinate with the store and procurement to ensure spare and consumables being available 
    • Compliance: Ensure that all equipment is compliance with governmental standards (e.g. NTSA)
    • Truck inspection: Ensure that all trucks are taken to inspection when required
    • Housekeeping: Ensure proper housekeeping in and around the workshop
    • Consultation and Preventive Advice: Advise drivers/ logistics team on proper use and preventive measures to extend equipment life leading to improvements in uptime and fuel/repair costs
    • Budget: Give all input required for the workshop budget in liaison with the logistics HOD.
    • Maintenance Scheduling:: Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules, weekly schedule for all mechanics 
    • Automotive Machinery Acquisition: leading the process in the acquisition of company automotive machinery (e.g. trucks, wheel loaders, forklifts, etc)
    • Leadership: Providing leadership to the Logistics department in absence of the Logistics HOD.
    • Team and Performance Management: Manage the team of mechanics, monitor performance, and implement improvements for efficient operations.
    • Equipment Uptime and Reliability: Strategize for longterm to maintain above 95% uptime for all trucks and equipment by enforcing preventive measures and prompt repairs.
    • Budget: Lead workshop budget in the company quarterly budget tracker with structured back argumentation. .

    Minimum Qualifications.

    • Degree/Diploma/ Vocational Training in Automotive engineering.
    • Proven experience as Workshop Supervisor or Senior Mechanic for at least 5 years.
    • Possess a valid driving license. 
    • Excellent knowledge of truck systems, machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components.  
    • Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instruction, blueprints etc.
    • A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
    • Ability, competence and certification to drive trucks up to 10 wheelers.
