    Blending Process Operator

    Job Purpose

    We’re looking for a Cider Blending Process Operator who is committed to excellence, precision, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    What you will do as a Cider Blending Process Operator

    As a key player in our Cider & RTD blending operations, you will:

    • Support liquid manufacturing by conducting sensory and chemical analysis of raw materials, operating blending equipment and maintaining traceability through accurate logs.
    • Troubleshoot and highlight process issues while supporting root‑cause analysis as well as corrective actions.
    • Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and autonomous maintenance of blending equipment.
    • Participate in continuous improvement programs focusing on productivity and sustainability e.g. water/energy utilizations and waste reduction.
    • Uphold strict compliance with Food Safety, OHS, regulatory, and internal standards within the process.
    • Identify hazards, report near misses, and ensure alignment with Heineken Safety Commitments.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or beverage processing role.

    Technical Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of wine/juice primary manufacturing
    • Skilled in sensory analysis, GMP, QMS, FSSC application, and cellar hygiene.
    • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools.
    • Solid analytical and numerical abilities.

    Behavioural Competencies

    • Strong critical thinking and decision‑making.
    • Effective communication with diverse teams.
    • Continuous improvement mindset and excellent organizational skills.
    • Problem‑solving orientation with structured troubleshooting capabilities.

    Planning Intern

    We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail‑driven Planning Intern to join our Planning team and support critical business processes that power our Supply Chain operations.

    What you will do:

    • Analyse production operations through time & motion studies.
    • Support data processing, business insights, and  Power BI dashboard development.
    • Contribute to problem‑solving projects using PDCA/DMAIC frameworks.
    • Assist in preparing management reports and presentations that inform decision‑making.

    What You Bring

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
    • Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities.
    • Extreme attention to detail, self‑motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Confidence in engaging stakeholders across the Supply Chain
