    Procurement Associate

    Role Overview:

    The Procurement Associate is responsible for supporting the procurement function by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services required for business operations.The role focuses on maintaining supplier relationships, processing purchase requests, negotiating pricing where applicable, and ensuring adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Study average daily sales, and propose a purchasing plan.
    • Based on guidelines from the category, managers evaluate and negotiate with suppliers in terms of quality, price, delivery, and payment terms.
    • Schedule regular reports (e.g. open, partially delivered and overdue POs, goods in transit, supplier performance matrix, inventory turn rate,overstocks etc.
    • Manage and monitor the procurement and delivery of goods to the warehouses, to ensure KPIs are being met and revised regularly.
    • Improve supplier lead-time compliance through optimization of delivery tracking.
    • Support strategic sourcing initiatives.
    • Assist in monitoring all distribution agreement contracts, invoices, and POs.
    • Manage and implement strategies for procuring, and distributing goods to maintain stock levels.
    • Act as the single point of contact for the Commercial Procurement function.

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Related Field.
    • Understanding of Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics Skills, Strategic Planning Abilities.
    • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Category Associate

    Role Overview:

    The Category Associate supports the Category Manager in executing category strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, supplier performance, and optimal inventory management. The role focuses on data analysis, supplier coordination, pricing support, inventory planning, and operational execution of category initiatives while ensuring alignment with company policies and commercial objectives

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze market data and insights to identify industry trends, consumer needs, and opportunities for growth.
    • Support category and brand planning through sales analysis, demand forecasting, and performance monitoring.
    • Develop, draft, and negotiate joint business plans with suppliers in alignment with company strategy.
    • Devise long-term development strategies for brands, suppliers, and product portfolios.
    • Develop pricing strategies per product and warehouse based on market trends and coordinate pricing, promotions, and product launches.
    • Build and maintain trustful relationships with suppliers.
    • Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with agreements to ensure timely execution and optimize lead times.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of product strategies.
    • Ensure proper tracking, recording, and collection of supplier rebates, price drop credit notes, and other financial entitlements.

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of relevant experience in category management, procurement, merchandising, or supply chain operations
    • Strong communication, analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Basic negotiation and commercial awareness skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
