Customer Account Management

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Obtaining all outstanding invoices for beneficiary visits for the week and confirming that there are no errors in billing
• Updating all transactions that have happened on individual beneficiary accounts to track the individual beneficiary spend
• Following up and resolving any billing incidences that may arise with service providers
• Obtaining statements and doing reconciliations.

Finance Management

• Petty cash management
• Accounts Payables management
• Accounts Receivables Management
• Vendor payments scheduling and updating
• Bank and Cash reconciliations .
• Payroll preparation
• Procurement of office supplies
• Liaison with accountant and ensure constant communication Basic office management
• Onboarding and Offboarding of staff

Research and Development

• Carry out research on market trends and other relevant information critical to improved effectiveness of the Company’s operations
• Collate and ensure key information on the Kenyan healthcare industry is current and organized in the Company’s files, e.g. researching the details of how the various NHIF benefits work with prospective clinical partners.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to establish, run and improve our product development process.Antara is building a time-zone aligned & remote-first product development team with centers of gravity in Nairobi and Lisbon. Presence in Nairobi and Lisbon highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Productizing and operationalizing data analytics
• Create and maintain analytics dashboards (Tableau, Mixpanel, Coda)
• Communicates with management and stakeholders on company KPIs progress, champion areas to prioritize, improve
• Help the company become data-driven, and adhere to its value: data >> intuition.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years experience leading analytics & visualization projects
• Have measured mobile and/or enterprise application adoption
• Have operationalized analytical dashboards
• Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
• Experience presenting dashboards and summaries to executive audience
• Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email
• Self-motivated, hyper-organized
